Yoga for Alignment workshop

Discover stability, comfort and ease in your yoga practice! In this workshop you’ll learn how to get the most out of each pose, stay safe while challenging yourself in new ways, and benefit in your day to day life by learning structural and alignment fundamentals.
Jennifer will help you go back to (or begin with) some common postures by breaking down each one into its components, while you find opportunities for more space and ease within your body. With over 12 years of experience as a licensed bodyworker, she will offer gentle hands-on guidance to help you truly feel the often subtle changes you can make to experience yoga with less strain, better alignment, more space in your body and increased safety.
Open to all levels of yoga experience, whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned yogi who wants to review or return to the basics.
Regular price: $55 for 2-hour session
This class is capped at 10 people to maximize each person's experience in getting to work with Jennifer.
Yoga for Day Days
with Hope Clunie
Yoga has been studied and shown to help reduce the severity of depression on a biological level. This workshop is for anyone looking for resources and tools to manage their dark days, and for people who want to better understand how to help loved ones with depression using yoga and mindfulness as sources of recovery. Join us for this impactful practice led by Hope Clunie.
